Zambia’s Vice president ‘Guy Scott’ have been appointed as the acting president of Zambia due to the death of president Micheal Sata, Guy Scott who studied economics at Cambridge University was born in Zambian to Scottish parents. He will be the interim leader until an election is held within 90 days. Guy Scott is not eligible to run in a presidential election because his parents were not born in Zambia.
