Earlier this week, Rick Ross had a brush with death after he crashed his Rolls Royce into a building following a drive-by shooting. And he isn't taking the situation lightly.
According to TMZ,
Ricky Rozay, who is yet to break his silence on the matter, has hired
24-hour armed personal security for his protection. He was previously
using armed bodyguards for public events, but has now decided he wants
security around the clock. Yesterday, Pusha T said that they share the same mix engineer who told him that Ross was doing fine. Additionally, "Freeway" Ricky Ross spoke to HipHopDX on the matter, stating that it's "no surprise" that the assassinaton attempt occurred. 50 Cent also gave his two cents, suggesting that the situation looked "staged." Sources say that the Maybach Music Group leader received threats for
some time, but that he didn't pay them any mind. Now, he's had a change
of heart since the attempt on his life.
Ross is currently prepping the release of his new album Mastermind, which is currently without a release date.
