According to the Sun, Jay z and Beyonce bought their baby the ultimate gift , a custom-made $80,000 diamond-encrusted Barbie doll.

They spent an additional $95,000 on pink and
white roses; $30,000 on costumes, jewelry, and toys for Blue's friends
and their parents and $2,400 for a cake.“Nothing’s been too expensive or big for their little angel," a
source said. "They wanted her first birthday to set the tone for the
rest of her life. They work hard for their money and the first thing
they want to spend it on is their little princess."
In addition to a lavish birthday party and gifts for Blue Ivy, they
spend $1 million a year on a a high end nursery for her at the Barclays
Center in Brooklyn so they can enjoy the games while knowing she's taken
care of.
